  • Recruitment, selection, and processing of new employees
  • Maintenance of employee personnel records
  • Coordination of employee training
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement personnel policies and procedures
  • Oversight of the worker’s compensation claims
  • Administration of the Township employee leave programs
  • Recommendations for loss prevention and loss control
  • Mediate or facilitate employee relations issues
  • Negotiation and management of collective bargaining agreements with the Township's bargaining units

MERS Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP)
1095-B Health Coverage Form – Health Care Savings Plan
Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), eligible individuals may receive a copy of their Form 1095-B for their Health Care Savings Plan through MERS. A request accompanied by an email address, a physical address to which requested information may be sent, and a telephone number for the eligible individuals, to be used to contact you with any questions. Request received for a Form 1095-B will be forwarded to eligible individuals within 30 days of the date the request is received.
