Community Center Flooring & Bathroom Renovations

Exciting news from Ypsilanti Township Community Center at 2025 E. Clark Rd.!  If you have been by the Community Center in the last few weeks, you have probably seen many work trucks and a lot of work going on.

In February, the Township Board of Trustees awarded Decima, LLC to renovate the Community Center.  Work began in early March and is expected to be done by the end of May. When the project is complete, the Community Center will have new flooring in the 50 & Beyond Ballroom, Gameroom, and the Dance Studio! There will also be new bathrooms in the 200 and 300 hallways.

Though it is tough to see now beyond the construction, the Community Center is going to look fantastic in 6 weeks! We can't wait to reveal the completed projects to our community.
